You record the podcast.
We do everything else.
12 to 17 pieces of content from every episode, edited like a flagship show and published everywhere your buyers already are. Plus a capture system, so your audience accumulates instead of resetting every month.
You leave with a 90-day plan either way.
Trailers. Most shows do not have one, and on the channels that grow fastest it is often the highest-reach asset they own.
Short-form. Five of these come out of every episode, selected for what will travel rather than clipped by keyword.
You recorded 50 minutes. You published three.
Everything inside one recording that most shows never make. Same guest, same studio time, same money you already spent.
Most podcasts publish. Yours should accumulate.
Four stages, running as a loop. Skip one and it stops compounding. Skip the last and it resets to zero every month, which is what almost every show is doing right now.
Direction
What each episode has to do, who should be on it, and what question the show is answering this quarter.
Post-Production
One recording becomes the full ladder. Selection first, editing second, because selection is where the leverage is.
Distribution
Every asset published where it earns attention, formatted per platform, timed, tested and pruned.
Capture
The people watching become people you can reach. A list, a guest relationship, a conversation. Something you own.
Your column is three boxes long.
The question everyone asks on the call: what do I have to do? Here is the honest answer, in colour.
-
You
Kickoff call
Thirty minutes. Your goals, your guests, your voice.
-
Us
Access and baseline
YouTube access, and we record your baseline before anything changes. That baseline is what the guarantee is measured against.
-
Us
Peer Benchmark, week one
A teardown of the three to five shows closest to yours. What they publish, what travels, where the category is leaving attention unclaimed.
-
Us
The Channel Facelift, week one
Your last five thumbnails and titles redone, plus your banner and channel description. The channel looks right before your first new episode goes live.
-
Us
Guest brief before you record
Research on your guest, question direction, and a view on who should be on the show next.
-
You
You record
That is the whole job. No producer on the call, no setup, nothing to manage.
-
You
Send the footage
One upload. The six-business-day clock starts here, not when you record.
-
Us
The extraction
One recording becomes the full ladder: reels, mid-length cuts, carousels, posts, newsletter, trailer, long-form and audio. Selected, packaged and titled.
-
Us
Publishing and distribution
Everything live on every platform you have given us. Thumbnails and titles A/B tested. Mid-form tested for 72 hours and pruned.
-
Us
The monthly report
One page you can forward without editing it. Subscribers added, watch time and returning viewers against your own baseline, what travelled and why, what changes next month.
Thirty minutes. You leave with a 90-day plan either way.
Everyone who watched last month is a stranger again this month.
Views reset. A list does not. So every episode is built to leave something behind: a subscriber, a guest who becomes an advocate, a conversation in your DMs. Something that is still yours if you fire us.
- Newsletter build. Platform, sign-up page, welcome sequence, capture points across the channel and site, first four issues written.
- Guest Media Kit. Every guest leaves with their clips, the trailer and a caption in their voice. Instagram reels run as collaborations, so it posts to both accounts at once.
- Comment-to-DM capture. A keyword CTA that turns a scroll into a contact. Not offered to regulated financial clients.
- The 60-day follow-up. We ask every guest what came of it, so you find out when one turns into a client instead of hearing about it by accident.
The people behind the shows we run.
“We’re back in Apple’s Top 100 podcasts. And to the team who work tirelessly behind the scenes, thank you for continuing to raise the bar. Next week we release our 200th episode. I can’t quite believe how far we’ve come.”
“He’s sharp, he’s smart, he understands the world of YouTube, podcasting, editing, hooks, reels, socials and scaling a business. He works hard. He’s organised and he’s tenacious.”
Two ways to work together.
One runs the whole show. One handles the short-form layer only. Both are monthly retainers, scoped on the call.
For business podcasts already publishing and getting almost nothing back. Two or four episodes a month, six-month term, thirty-day exit.
Book a CallWhat 12 to 17 actually means
| Episode length | Reels | Mid-length | Carousels | Newsletter | Total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Under 30 min | 4 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 1 | 12 |
| 30 to 60 min | 5 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 15 |
| Over 60 min | 6 | 3 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 17 |
Plus the trailer, the long-form edit and the audio episode on every tier. A 20-minute episode does not contain what a 70-minute one does, so we do not pretend it does.

- Reels selected for what will travel, not clipped by transcript keyword
- Cinematic trailers built to be the thing people send each other
- A/B variations to find what your audience actually stops on

Plans are monthly retainers on a six-month term. Where you land depends on how often you publish and what needs building, and you will know your exact number before the call ends. We are not the cheapest option and we are not built to be.
Two Guarantees. Zero Gamble.
Hiring an agency should not feel like a bet. So we took the risk onto our side of the table.
The Delivery Guarantee
Every deliverable live on the agreed date, or that month is free. The reason most people have a bad experience with an agency is not quality, it is chasing. You will not chase us.
The Baseline Guarantee
Within ninety days your total watch time and your returning viewers will both beat your own previous ninety days, measured in your Studio, organic only. If they do not, we keep working free until they do.
We can only put this in writing because the system is built to hit it. That is the point.
Got Questions?
The things people actually ask on the call, in the order they ask them.
Book a CallHow much does it cost?
Every show is scoped to what it needs, so we quote on the call rather than publish a rate card. Plans are monthly retainers on a six-month term, and you will know your exact number and exactly what it buys before the call ends. We are not the cheapest option and we are not built to be.
That is more than we spend now.
Right now you pay full production cost for a recording that produces three assets. We do not change what you spend on recording. We change what it produces. Your cost per published asset drops by roughly 80 percent, and every asset is built to travel rather than to exist.
What do I actually have to do?
Record, send the footage, and take one thirty-minute call a month. That is the list. No producer on your recording, no setup, no scheduling on our side. Everything after the footage lands is ours.
How long does it take to deliver an episode?
Six business days from when we receive your footage, not from when you record. Every deliverable is live on the agreed date or that month is free.
What if the work is not what we want?
Six-month agreement, and the first thirty days is your exit. If it is not right you tell us on day thirty, you owe nothing further, and you keep everything we made. After that, if we miss delivery dates twice in any three months you can leave with thirty days notice and owe nothing.
Can you guarantee views?
No, and we would not want to. Your audience is a few thousand people who matter, not a few million who do not. If we optimised for views we would make content that travels to the wrong people, and you would end up with a bigger channel and a worse business. We guarantee total watch time and returning viewers, measured against your own previous ninety days.
What happens in month two?
Month one usually looks strong, because The Channel Facelift is fixing packaging on a catalogue that has never had any. Month two often looks flat, sometimes slightly down, because the easy wins are spent and the algorithm is still re-learning who your new packaging is for. That is the rebuild. We tell you in week one so you hear it from us before it happens rather than after.
We already have an editor. Where do you fit?
Keep them. They handle production. We are the layer above it: which moments get selected, how they are packaged, where they go, and what happens after publishing. Most shows do not have a production problem, they have a nothing-happens-after-publishing problem. If your editor is good, we make their work reach further.
We were going to hire someone in-house.
Reasonable. Two things worth knowing. A £45,000 salary lands closer to £58,000 to £70,000 in true first-year cost once employment costs, equipment, software and recruitment are counted. And that one person has to be an editor, a short-form strategist, a thumbnail designer, a writer and a distribution manager. Those are five different skills and nobody is strong at all five.
Do you need access to our accounts?
YouTube, yes, and it is not really a preference. The guarantee is measured in your Studio and the thumbnail and title testing happens there. Without access we cannot record your baseline, cannot test and cannot report, which means we cannot guarantee anything. Instagram and LinkedIn are genuinely optional. Without them you get the same assets and the same copy, plus a posting schedule for your team.
We are in a regulated industry. Does that work?
Yes, and we design for it from day one. Pre-approval on everything before it publishes, an archive of every published asset, no automated DMs, no performance claims and no client references in content. Compliance is a workflow constraint, not a blocker. It is also the reason most shows in your category are so bad, which is your opening.
Who is this not for?
Shows where the podcast is the business and sponsorship is the revenue. Shows with nothing to sell, where views are the only number available. And anyone who has not published in the last sixty days, because that is restarting a show rather than growing one.
Ready to Grow Your Podcast?
Whether it is the full engine or just the short-form layer, we will build a plan that actually moves your show forward.
